I currently lead a team of UX and UI designers within ZS’s Customer Engagement vertical, building AI-informed products that help global life sciences teams plan and deliver effective customer engagement

• 10+ years of experience designing SaaS products in regulated and specialized domains, including government welfare, healthcare, pharmaceutical sales, and medical education
• 3+ years managing teams, growing from one designer to seven
• A proven track record of building 0-to-1 products, including ZS's intelligent offerings, Zipari's Service Center and CX360, and Optum's Integrated Eligibility Platform
• Hands-on research expertise, including establishing user pools, winning stakeholder buy-in, and sharing insights with the community
